For Users on Paid Plans

1. Cancel your subscription
  • To cancel your subscription please send us an email to askanything@hercules.works and someone from our team will be in touch with you in 5 business days.
2. Let the current billing cycle end
  • Deleting an account mid-cycle will not generate prorated refunds.
3. Request account deletion
  • Send an email to askanything@hercules.works from the address linked to your Hercules account.
  • Subject line: “Delete Hercules Account – [your email]”

For Users on Free Plans

  • To delete your account go to Settings → Account → Delete your account

What Happens Next

  • Irreversible: Deletion permanently removes all projects, chat history, and saved settings.
  • Processing time: Our team will confirm the request and erase your data within 15 business days.
  • Data export: If you want to keep a copy of your code or chat logs, export them before deleting your account.
