This Privacy Policy explains how Jupiter Meta Labs (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with Hercules, our AI-powered market research platform, and its interaction with the SuperJ ecosystem.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Users of Hercules (including minors aged 13–17)
• Visitors to Hercules interfaces, dashboards, and websites
• Customers who create and deploy surveys via Hercules

This Privacy Policy does not govern the processing of personal data of SuperJ respondents. That processing is governed separately under the SuperJ Privacy Policy.

• Backend systems required to operate Hercules

• Names, phone numbers, or emails of survey respondents
• Direct identifiers of SuperJ users
• Aadhaar or government identifiers
• Respondent contact details

4. SuperJ Respondent Data

Hercules does not directly collect or process personal data of survey respondents. Respondent data is processed using irreversible pseudonymous identifiers (DIDs), and customers receive only aggregated or pseudonymised research outputs.

6. AI Systems and Model Training

Free Plan

Content may be used to improve AI systems, subject to anonymisation and safety controls.

Pro Plan (Privacy Mode)

Content is not used for AI model training. Only high-level system metrics are analysed.

7. Media Uploads

Media uploads may be processed for service delivery, safety, and abuse prevention. Harmful or prohibited content may be removed.

8. Minors’ Data

Minors aged 13–17 may use Hercules under safeguards including enhanced moderation and restricted content access.

9. Data Sharing

10. International Data Transfers

Data is primarily processed in India. Where processed internationally, appropriate safeguards are applied.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while accounts are active. Deleted data is permanently erased unless required by law.
