1. Pricing Overview
What Hercules Costs
Hercules offers flexible pricing across three tiers to match your research needs. You can start for free and scale up as your requirements grow. Our credit-based system ensures you only pay for the reach and features you actually use.
What's Included in Your Subscription
Every Hercules subscription includes:
Access to the Hercules AI Research Agent for survey design and analysis
Connection to SuperJ's verified user base of 20 million+ respondents
Survey deployment tools with real-time response tracking
Draft chat functionality for designing surveys before deployment
Research campaign management capabilities
Understanding Credits
Credits are the currency of Hercules. Each credit represents reach to verified SuperJ users. The value of credits varies by plan: on the Starter Plan, 1 credit equals ₹10, while on the Pro Plan, 1 credit equals ₹7. Credits determine how many respondents you can reach with your surveys.
2. Subscription Plans
Free Plan — ₹0/month
The Free Plan is designed for individuals and teams who want to explore Hercules before committing to a paid subscription.
What's included:
Access to 300 SuperJ users per month across 3 research campaigns (100 users per campaign)
Limited access to Hercules AI Research Agent (10 chats per month)
10 draft chats per month for survey design
Deploy SuperJ Survey Links to friends and family (unlimited responses)
Deploy up to 3 research campaigns per month
Important limitations:
No audience filters available — all surveys deploy to General Population only
If you exceed the 300-user threshold within a month, you must upgrade to continue deploying surveys
Most Suited For: Students, hobbyists, or teams evaluating Hercules for future use.
Starter Plan — ₹3,119/month
The Starter Plan is ideal for researchers and businesses ready to run targeted campaigns with verified audience filters.

Everything in Free Plan, plus:
320 credits per month (220 Starter credits + 100 Free tier credits)
Access to all Verified Audience Filters
Access to 20 Million SuperJ User Base
400,000 daily token limit
Access to over 50 Verified Consumer Attributes
Limited access to Image/Video/File Uploads
Access to 2 enterprise-grade Research Templates per month (with data cuts, analytics, and deep insights)
Credit pricing:
1 credit = ₹10
Pay-as-you-go for additional reach beyond your monthly credits at ₹10 per credit
Annual discount:
Subscribe annually and receive a 20% discount on your total billing.
Annual subscribers receive all their credits upfront in one deposit, not month-on-month.
Pro Plan - ₹45,000/quarter
The Pro Plan is designed for enterprises and power users requiring unlimited access, priority support, and maximum research capabilities.
What's included:
Everything in Starter Plan, plus:
2,143 credits per month (inclusive of 100 Free tier credits)
Unlimited Access to Hercules AI
1 Million daily token limit
Access to 150 Verified Consumer Attributes
Unlimited access to Image/Video/File Uploads
Priority Support
Proprietary data remains private (your data is never used to train our models)
Access to 10 enterprise-grade Research Templates per month (with data cuts, analytics, and deep insights)
Credit pricing:
1 credit = ₹7 (30% savings compared to Starter)
Billing cycle:
Pro Plan is billed quarterly only (every 3 months)
All 6,429 credits are deposited upon payment
Annual discount:
Pay annually and receive a 20% discount on your total billing. All credits for the year are deposited upfront.

3. Billing & Payment
Billing Cycle Options
Monthly billing:
Available for Free and Starter Plans. Charges occur on the same date each month.
Quarterly billing:
Required for Pro Plan. Payment covers 3 months and all credits are deposited immediately upon payment.
Annual billing:
Available for Starter and Pro Plans with 20% discount. All credits for the entire year are deposited upfront in one shot — not distributed month-on-month.
When Charges Occur
Initial subscription: Charged immediately upon signup
Renewal: Charged on the anniversary of your subscription start date
Pay-as-you-go credits: Charged immediately when purchasing additional credits beyond your plan allocation

Invoice and Receipt Access

4. Managing Your Subscription
How to Upgrade
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade:
Your entire remaining credit balance from your current plan is deposited into your wallet
These credits are added to the credits you receive upon payment for your upgraded plan
You immediately gain access to all features of your new plan
How to Downgrade
You can downgrade your plan from your account settings. When you downgrade:
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You retain access to your current plan's features until the cycle ends
Unused credits remain in your wallet and can be used on your new plan
Pausing Your Subscription
Subscription pausing is not available as a standard feature. If you have a specific need to pause your subscription, you can email us ataskanything@hercules.workswith the subject line "Request to Pause Subscription". While we cannot guarantee approval, we will review your request and respond within 15 working days.
Cancellation Process
Cancellations are not accepted as a standard policy. If you wish to request a cancellation, you can email us ataskanything@hercules.workswith the subject line "Request to Cancel Subscription". We will review your request and respond within 20–30 working days.
Refund Policy
As a general rule, refunds are not provided. All payments made towards your subscription are final. In exceptional circumstances, you may submit a refund request toaskanything@hercules.worksfor review, but please note that approval is not guaranteed.
5. Usage & Limits
Understanding Your Credit Wallet
Your credit wallet displays your current balance and tracks all credit transactions. Credits are consumed when you deploy surveys to SuperJ's user base.
Monthly subscribers: Receive credits at the start of each billing cycle
Annual subscribers: Receive all credits upfront upon payment
Access to 20M+ Verified Users
All paid plans (Starter and Pro) provide access to SuperJ's full user base of over 20 million verified respondents across India. This includes:

Fair Usage Guidelines
Credits are designed for legitimate market research purposes. Automated or abusive survey deployment may result in account review. For high-volume research needs exceeding Pro Plan allocations, please contact our sales team for enterprise solutions.

Pricing FAQs
What happens if I run out of credits?
On paid plans, you can purchase additional credits at your plan's rate (₹10/credit for Starter, ₹7/credit for Pro). On the Free Plan, you must upgrade to continue deploying surveys once you've reached 300 users.
Do unused credits roll over?

Why can't I use audience filters on the Free Plan?
The Free Plan is designed as an introductory tier. To access targeted audience filters and reach specific demographics, you'll need to upgrade to the Starter or Pro Plan.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch to annual billing at any time to receive the 20% discount. Your remaining monthly credits will be added to your annual allocation.
Why is Pro Plan only available quarterly?
The Pro Plan is designed for serious research operations that benefit from bulk credit allocation. Quarterly billing ensures you have sufficient credits for substantial research projects while providing better per-credit value.
7. Billing Troubleshooting
My payment failed. What should I do?
Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. I was charged incorrectly. How do I report this?
